How to Use Our Lipa Pole Pole Plan
Want to own your dream fragrance without the pressure of a one-off payment? Here’s how our flexible Lipa Pole Pole plan works:
1. Choose Your Perfume
Select the perfume you’d like to purchase from our collection (excluding gift sets).
2. Payment Plan Details
The payment is spread over a maximum of 8 weeks.
You can make up to 4 installments within this period.
An initial deposit of at least 30% of the product price is required to reserve your item.
3. Confirm & Communicate Each Payment
Kindly share each payment confirmation via DM or WhatsApp for tracking.
Notify us at least 3 weeks before your final payment, so we can ensure your perfume is in stock and ready for collection or delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.
However, you have the option to: Convert your payment into a gift voucher, or
Switch to another perfume of your choice (at the time of final payment), in case you change your mind before completion.
5. Delivery
Once your full payment is completed, your perfume will be delivered to you promptly.
Payment instructions will be shared once you initiate the process.
Important Notes
Gift Sets are not eligible for Lipa Pole Pole.
Due to market fluctuations, the final price is based on the prevailing product price at the time of final payment.
If the price goes down, you pay less.
If the price increases, the updated price will apply.
⚠Please note: If you don’t complete your payment within the 8-week limit, your order will be cancelled and no refunds made.
We’ve had to introduce this policy following past instances of uncleared bills.
