Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on used perfumes.
However, returns may be accepted if:
– item is unopened & unused
– return is requested within 48 hours of delivery
– product is in original packaging & condition
– original receipt or order confirmation is provided
Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges only if:
– You received the wrong item
– The product arrived damaged
– The item is out of stock and you choose not to wait

– M-Pesa
– Bank transfer
Processing time: 3–7 business days after verification.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
– Opened or used perfumes
– Items purchased on sale or promotion
– Gift cards
– Items damaged after delivery
Damaged Items on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged:
– Notify us within 24 hours
– Share photos via WhatsApp or email
– Keep original packaging for verification
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For international deliveries within East Africa:

Customer Protection & Fair Use
Perfume Plug reserves the right to decline returns or refunds where:
– Misuse or tampering is evident
– The product has been significantly used
– Return conditions are not met
