Order Confirmation
Orders for parcels are confirmed only after:

Perfume Plug does not dispatch unpaid orders for parcels.
Payment on delivery is accepted within a Nairobi and its Environment where we are able to do delivery using our rider.

Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched:
- cancellation may not be possible
- delivery charges may still apply
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:

- incorrect address
- customer unavailable
A redelivery fee may apply.
Uncollected Orders
Orders that remain uncollected without communication may be cancelled.
Future orders may require full prepayment.
Refunds & Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
Used perfumes cannot be returned.
